Terms of Attendance

By applying to attend or purchasing a ticket for the St. Moritz Longevity Forum (the “Forum”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the applicant, participant, or attendee) and HL Forum GmbH (the “Organizer”).

1. Registration & Representation

If you register on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the individual has been informed of and accepts these Terms of Attendance, which will be binding on them.

2. Admission & Participation

2.1 Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. All applications are subject to review and approval by the Organizer. Confirmation of participation is granted only upon receipt of an official acceptance email and successful completion of ticket purchase through the designated platform.

2.2 Forum Modifications
The Organizer reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Forum at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the name, content, speakers, schedule, venue, and format.

2.3 Identification Requirement
You may be required to present valid government-issued photo ID for entry to the Forum.

2.4 Substitutions
Attendance is non-transferable. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than 10 days prior to the Forum and are subject to the Organizer’s sole discretion. Approval of a substitution does not entitle the original Attendee to a refund.

2.5 Non-Participation
Failure to attend the Forum, for any reason, does not entitle the Attendee to a refund or credit toward future editions.

2.6 Denial of Admission
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry for justified reasons, including inappropriate conduct, intoxication, or safety concerns. No refund will be issued in such cases.

2.7 Badges and Entry Cards
A valid badge and personal entry card are required for admission and must be worn at all times within Forum premises. Replacement for lost or misplaced items may be obtained upon presentation of ID and payment of CHF 250 at the registration desk.

2.8 Exclusion
The Organizer may cancel an Attendee’s participation at any time, including during the Forum, for breach of these Terms or other valid reasons. No refund shall be issued in such cases.

3. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

3.1 Official Payment Platform
All Forum tickets must be purchased via Ticketino, the Organizer’s exclusive ticketing provider.

3.2 Ticketino Charges
Additional fees or charges from Ticketino may apply at the time of purchase. These are not controlled by the Organizer and are borne solely by the Attendee.

3.3 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of application. Applications not completed with full payment will not be reviewed or confirmed.

3.4 No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal cancellation, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, visa denial, illness, or non-attendance.

3.5 No Ticket Transfers
Tickets are not transferable to future editions of the Forum unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Organizer.

3.6 Taxes and Fees
Any applicable VAT or other charges will be calculated and added at the time of purchase through Ticketino.

3.7 Travel & Accommodation
All travel, accommodation, and incidental costs are the sole responsibility of the Attendee. The Organizer will not reimburse any such expenses, including in the event of Forum cancellation or denied admission.

4. Cancellation by Organizer – Force Majeure

4.1 Full Cancellation
If the Forum is cancelled in full due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disaster, epidemic, war, government order), attendees will be offered the option to defer participation to the following edition. No refunds or additional compensation will be provided.

4.2 Partial Cancellation
If the Forum is interrupted after commencement due to Force Majeure:

  • Cancellation on Day 1: no refund.

  • Cancellation on Day 2 or thereafter: no refund.

By attending the Forum, you grant the Organizer the irrevocable right to capture, use, and distribute your image, likeness, and voice in any format or media, worldwide and without compensation.

5.2 Forum Content
You acquire no rights to any content presented during the Forum, including presentations, materials, or ideas. Use of any intellectual property requires prior written permission from the rights holder.

5.3 Data Collection

7. Liability & Indemnification

The Organizer is responsible solely for the administrative coordination of the Forum and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or value of any content, statements, or services offered during the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Forum. Liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the affected Attendee.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your conduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
