Dr. Iana Kouris, Ph.D.

Iana Kouris is a Managing Director with Boston Consulting Group, where she leads Customer Experience Transformations within the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice. Iana is a leader in BCG’s work on the longevity economy and the business of healthy aging, helping healthcare, insurance, and consumer companies create new offerings for the 50+ demographic, advance preventative health and wellness platforms, and scale solutions that promote healthy aging.
She brings more than 15 years of leadership across strategy, design, and technology, advising global organizations on how to build customer-centered innovations that extend both lifespan and healthspan. Prior to joining BCG, Iana spent six years at Nokia and Nokia Bell Labs, where she worked on breakthrough innovations in telecom and digital services. She began her career at McKinsey & Company, supporting clients worldwide on strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.
Iana holds a PhD in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University, a Diploma in Mathematics and a BA in Philosophy & Economics from Bayreuth University, as well as further qualifications in Fine Arts and Design.
